Was I supposed to do something else? Is it just random sometimes? Only she tells me to heal her again, and again. Then I see the blue smoke a couple of seconds later, so I rush over and get the usual prompts to Heal, Sacrifice, etc. I take down a couple of guys I see in the distance, and I can hear Flora shooting and she takes down the last guy before I can hit him.
So, I head over there, and hear that there's a fight going on. Now, tonight, I'm doing the Scrapyard area and take everyone down, blow up the compressor, and then my current best bud (Flora Guillen) calls me, saying she's doing something at the end of the scrapyard if I want to come watch. Did I just miss something? I thought you would always be aware if a buddy was about to die so you could save them. I don't remember anything about that, and I always saved him, it was only a couple of times. I had saved him a couple of times by healing him when he was down, he saved my butt a bunch of times, telling me "Never make me do this again!" over and over, but he still came to my aid so many times.īut then one time when I'm playing, I see in the stats section of the menu, that 1 buddy had died, and it says it was Marty. It was Marty Alencar, and I really liked him too. I noticed quite early on in this playthrough that one of my buddies died.
